This 110 m² high-rise apartment in Colombo was stripped of standard developer finishes and rebuilt as a seamless, micro-cement lined sanctuary. Every closet, door and utility is integrated into unbroken plane surfaces.
Micro-Cement Planes: Seamless continuous micro-cement floor and wall surfaces with satin protective sealant.
Flush Pocket Doors: Full-height doors with concealed jambs blending seamlessly into the wall plane.
Smoked Oak Storage: Custom smoked oak built-in wardrobe matrix providing 18 linear meters of storage.
Fluted Glass Partition: Acoustic fluted glass partition separating master bedroom from ensuite bath.
